Eligibility

The firm is looking for:

  • Final-year students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B.

  • Candidates who are hardworking, sincere, and genuinely interested in Company Law, IBC, and Commercial Litigation.


Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in legal drafting, research, and case preparation.

  • Work on matters before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing Share Purchase Agreements and other corporate contracts.

  • Attend court hearings and client briefings.

  • Prepare case notes, brief advocates, and contribute to strategic discussions on live matters.
