Eligibility
The firm is looking for:
Final-year students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B.
Candidates who are hardworking, sincere, and genuinely interested in Company Law, IBC, and Commercial Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:
Assist in legal drafting, research, and case preparation.
Work on matters before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
Assist in drafting and reviewing Share Purchase Agreements and other corporate contracts.
Attend court hearings and client briefings.
Prepare case notes, brief advocates, and contribute to strategic discussions on live matters.
