The Modern Boardroom: Where Law Meets the Future of Business

The modern boardroom is no longer shaped by conventional legal questions alone. It is increasingly defined by technology, sustainability, data, regulation and rapidly evolving business models—and lawyers are finding themselves at the centre of these conversations.

Against this backdrop, K.R. Mangalam University hosted the Lawyers Roundtable 2026 on 12 September 2026 at The Grand, New Delhi, bringing together lawyers and legal professionals for a conversation around “The Modern Boardroom: Corporate Governance, ESG, AI, Cyber Law & Emerging Regulatory Risks.”

The event created a space for professionals to come together, exchange perspectives and reflect on how the legal profession is evolving alongside the business environment.
